Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, will be a crucial member of the senior management team, responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape, coupled with exceptional leadership and operational skills. A successful Director of Operations will be able to adapt, think strategically, collaborate efficiently, and communicate effectively.

Position:

• Full-time
• In-person

Responsibilities:

• Lead operational strategies and policies in alignment with HomeGuru's culture of freedom and values of community, service, compassion, personal growth, and fun.
• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across the company, including overseeing projects related to homes, financing, and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO to set and achieve comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Reconcile accounts monthly and provide reports for CEO and department heads as needed.
• Provide P&L for each division monthly for CEO to go over with department heads.
• Foster a positive, dynamic working environment in line with HomeGuru's values, promoting a culture of freedom and personal growth.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners within the KS and MO regions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Oversee major real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Enhance inter-departmental communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 -10 years of senior leadership experience in the real estate investment industry, with a strong track record in operational excellence.
• Must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, plan effectively, and delegate responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

• $7,000 / month + bonuses
