We are currently looking for Logistics Coordinator / Admin Support. This position requires strict attention to detail and is responsible to ensure all shipping and receiving orders are processed and completed accurately. Ability to follow procedures and maintain professional relationships with the vendors and customers. This individual will also support admin staff with additional office duties.

The following is what to expect daily; working with):

  • Prepare all necessary documentation for domestic logistics; vendors/receiving) and customers/ shipping; (ex: Bill of Ladings, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
  • Handle damage loss claims and billing issues with carriers
  • Work directly with customers and vendors to arrange for on-time delivery of goods
  • Handle customer requests for tracking numbers and invoice copies via email
  • Work with all necessary departments such as: sales, shipping, warehouse and carrier personnel to expedite shipments, trace missing or delayed shipments
  • Support management with any special projects and reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service both verbally and via email correspondence
  • General office duties such as: answer phones, filling, light cleaning
