Our in-home program helps us meet families where they are, bringing high-quality care and learning right into their homes.

About The Role

A Greenwich family is looking for an energetic and nurturing part-time nanny to care for their three boys ages 7,5, and 3 years old. If you're looking for a role where you'll feel like part of the family, look no further! Your care is needed Monday - Friday, 3pm-7:30pm .

As a Nanny, you'll:

• Engage children through positive language, interactive play, and loving care
• Tailor activities to the unique interests and needs of the child in your care
• Provide close supervision to ensure the child's well-being at all times
• Perform light household chores (child laundry, meal prep, and cleaning of the play areas)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring that the children's toys and play areas are clean and tidy.
• Form strong relationships and establish effective communication with families
• Grocery shopping for the family as needed (Target, Whole Foods, Costco), ensuring that the pantry and refrigerator are well-stocked with healthy foods and snacks, typically once a week using your own transportation.

Apply Today If You:

• Have a valid drivers license and your own car
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a nanny or in a related field (or proven track record of handling several children)
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a home setting
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and parents
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings as need
• Can commit to a role for at least 6 months

To be considered, applicants must be willing to travel to the job's location (a private family home). Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the US.

Physical demands of this position include but are not limited to sitting and standing for extended periods, bending at the waist, reaching overhead, and frequently moving or lifting children weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
