The COTA Site Coordinator assists in the overall coordination of therapy services within the offsite facility, promotes positive communication and provides leadership for therapy employees, and communicates with the offsite facility to build relationships and strengthen the partnership between Lakeview Village therapy employees and offsite facility employees.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Registered Physical Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist program.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Kansas as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Registered Physical Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Supervisory experience in a therapy setting is preferred.
• Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
• Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
