Sr. Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 and is based on experience and technical interview.

Qualified candidate will meet or exceed requirements.

Looking for an accomplished Sr. Salesforce Enterprise Architect to maintain and support the current Salesforce platform customizations and integrations as well as gather business requirements, analyze pain points, and develop and implement solutions.

Required skill sets:

• Understanding of the out-of-box Salesforce product suite, including Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), App Cloud, and Einstein solutions.
• Expert level knowledge in Salesforce Architecture
• Experience with reporting
• Demonstrate expertise in complex SQL statements and RDBMS systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostGres.
• Experience with master data management, data governance, data security, data quality and related tools desired.
• Demonstrate experience with complex coding through ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Pentaho, and Talend.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.
• Coordinate management activities with others on the team.
• Experience with full-fledged data warehouse or data mart models.
• Experience with both dimensional and 3rd normal form data modeling, data integration, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years experience as a Enterprise Data Architect
• Minimum of a Bachelors in Science Degree
• Certifications in Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team skills
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead data management and migration projects.
• Develop, maintain, and review data processes and enterprise architecture for both on-premise and cloud-based data systems.
• Hands-on ability to set up reporting tools and build reports and ad hoc functionality
• Conduct team reviews and recommend enterprise data modeling, administrative, and design improvements.
• Conduct Data import from external systems into Salesforce using Dataloader, Workbench and API.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts, learning new skills and software as necessary.
• Work closely with team members to optimize database queries.
• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments.
• Produce highly detailed document artifacts and maintain them for the duration of projects.
• Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels.
• Interpret client functional and informational needs and turn them into data requirements, process models, and active systems.
• Support assigned systems throughout transition periods.
• Design the organization strategy and data model for a Salesforce implementation.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge.
