  • The Salesforce Solution Architect will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce specialists to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, drive architectural governance, and ensure alignment between business strategy and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong multi-cloud expertise along with hands-on experience in Agentforce, which is now a highly desirable requirement.

  • 1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Architect scalable, secure, and robust Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain architectural integrity across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ensure platform security, system performance, and data integrity.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration patterns.
  • Leverage Agentforce capabilities to optimize agent workflows, automation, and intelligent service processes.
  • Serve as the Program Architect guiding multi-cloud, multi-team initiatives.
  • Create and maintain enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and governance models.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring scalability, best practices, and design consistency.
  • Evaluate solution feasibility, risks, and business impact across the program.
  • Architect integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Guide middleware/ESB integration patterns, API usage, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Mentor Salesforce administrators, developers, technical leads, and functional consultants.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution demos, technical assessments, and proposals.
  • Provide training and solution enablement to end-users and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and integration specifications.

  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Solid understanding of security models, data governance, integration patterns, and DevOps.
  • Agentforce (highly desirable): Experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging Agentforce, including AI-driven routing, agent productivity, and service automation.
  • Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with architectural governance in large enterprise programs.
  • Ability to translate business problems into effective technical solutions and roadmaps.
