Job description

Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. You will drive integrations, best practices, and technical strategy to support AAA's business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do

  • Lead overall Salesforce solution architecture across Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with AAA's business goals and technology standards.

  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and Guidewire to enable seamless front-office and back-office workflows.

  • Architect and optimize Salesforce-Genesys integrations for omnichannel contact center experiences (voice and digital channels).

  • Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions, including data models, interaction flows, configuration, and custom development as needed.

  • Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and guardrails for security, data quality, performance, and reuse.

  • Provide technical leadership to internal and partner teams; review designs, conduct code/configuration reviews, and coach admins and developers.

  • Own the Salesforce technical roadmap for assigned domains, including evaluating and adopting new Salesforce features (e.g., AI, automation, digital engagement).

  • Partner with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions comply with architecture, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support release planning and deployment strategies, including CI/CD, environment management, and testing approaches.

What You Will Need

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.

  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including case management, routing, knowledge, and sales processes.

  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns).

  • Practical experience with at least one major contact center platform integrated with Salesforce; Genesys experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience with complex data modeling, sharing/security model design, and performance optimization on Salesforce.

  • Strong skills in gathering requirements, defining user stories, and communicating solution options and trade-offs with stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience in insurance, membership, or financial services, ideally with Guidewire and Genesys integrations to Salesforce.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.

  • Experience with Salesforce Voice/telephony integrations and Scheduler (field/service or member appointment scheduling).
