Sales Force Architect (Level 9) Key responsibilities Present a deep understanding of Salesforce products, releases and roadmap in discussions with customer key stakeholders & decision makers. Design functional, systematic and integration detailed architectures. Assess Source Data Systems and analyze data elements that needs to be Integrated Create Data Migration Strategy Actively participate in implementation planning meetings Provide high level as well as low level estimates, high level solutions and help with RFPs Drive & demonstrate Prototypes to stakeholders Conduct walkthroughs & get sign-offs on architecture, design and deliverables Drive standardization of design across customer's businesses. Work & guide offshore development & support teams on technical matters & troubleshooting Facilitate & lead techno-functional discussion with Salesforce.com professional services Drive improvements in development process, templates, frameworks & accelerators Background/ Critical skills 10-12 years of total IT experience 5+ years experience in Salesforce Architecture / design Should have extensive experience configuring and implementing Salesforce.com application. Experience managing SFDC projects and SFDC certification is a Plus.

Minimum 2 year Salesforce.com Development experience.

Minimum 2 year development experience with Force.com, APEX or Visualforce

Minimum 2 year of requirements gathering, testing and training experience

Prior OO programming in Java, Ruby or .Net preferred

Force.com platform experience

SSO and web services experience
