We now serve the National Market, inclusive many top tier Quick Serving Restaurants (QSR), Casual Dining Restuarants, Food Service Establishments, Meal Kit Providers, Retail, Club and Natural Stores, Institutions, Distributors, and other Bakeries. For many of our customers, we havebeen the Flatbread Partnerthat hashelped to create some of America's mostexciting, and delicious,sandwiches and pizzas.In recent years we introduced to the Retail Market our BROOKLYN BRED SINCE 1930 Brand of products, which include our Award Winning Pizza Crusts, along with other Brooklyn favorites, and with more to come. With the recent start up of our Clifton Bakery, we hope to expand our product line to include sweet and savory baked goods, snacks, and culinary offerings.We are seeking Self-Directed, 'Hands-On', Leadersto work in our Newark or Clifton Bakeries asPRODUCTION or PACKAGING SUPERVISORS.CORE COMPETENCIES:RESPECT for fellow employees;Baking Knowledge essential for Production Supervisors; not essential for Packaging Room Supervisors;Willingness to report directly to Production Manager or Packaging Room ManagerMust be a Leader and Team Player who has solid Communciation and Training skillsMust be willing to be accountable to a Job Description via clear, daily reporting;Should be comfortable working with high speed equipment;Must be willing to work all shifts;Must speak English; Speaking Spanish is a plus;All RESUMES with references should be emailed.
