Client Account Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, positive, team player with strong customer service skills to join our fast paced, growing sign shop. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and some texting to assess and manage all customer signage needs. Job includes making follow up calls to clients, answering the phone or assisting walk in customers by providing product and service information, helping with marketing programs and social media posts and contacting our client base to create leads for potential signage needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide Outstanding Customer Service during all customer interactions at all times.
• Be knowledgeable and provide accurate information about sign products and services.
• Contact customers to obtain artwork, proof approvals, schedule appointments and inform customers of jobs completed.
• Fill out intake forms / work orders and complete quotes in sign software in a timely manner.
• Mail out materials and follow up with calls for target marketing campaigns.
• Telemarketing calls to existing customer base and new clients to generate new business. Maintain and update client database.
• Monitor social media and generate new posts of completed sign projects.
• Deliver and pick up small signs/print material as needed.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus.
• Presents a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Competent in use of computer including Word, Excel, Email and able to learn new sign software programs.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask efficiently.
• Must be able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and a valid drivers license.
• Proof of ability to work in the US.
• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.

No Nights or Weekends

Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm; 30 min for lunch

6 Paid Holidays plus Paid Time Off

Pay is determined by years of related experience.
