Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid - Wednesdays in office)

General Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Customer Relationship Specialist will help us retain our existing customer base through developing positive and productive relationships.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with customers to review their subscription and renew their business for another term
  • Ensure customers see the value of our services/product given impending renewal; triage as appropriate if customer needs help
  • Make proactive outbound customer calls and handle inbound customer requests via phone and email
  • Drive maintenance renewal activities according to defined processes, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance renewals are in place for all open agreements and customers are contacted proactively prior to expiration
  • Assist with internal and customer inquiries of renewal status and history
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed departmental achievement goals
  • Participate in ongoing product education to better serve clients; help ensure customer has the right product(s)
  • Maximize all customer interactions to secure retention

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Experience with web-based applications, CRM tools and Windows
  • Solid organizational skills, including detailed record keeping and independent follow up
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work-load
  • Outgoing personality and professional aptitude
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills

 

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus commission
