Cellaring at Heretic Brewing Company

You would be joining our family of smart, funny, friendly and hardworking people as a Cellaring Employee. We are looking for smart, highly motivated people with a professional demeanor and we are willing to train you for this career if you have the right aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning fermentation and brite tanks, kegs and brewery in general
• Cellaring duties: dry hopping and carbonating
• Operating Alfa Laval centrifuge
• Cleaning and filling kegs with beer

Qualifications

• Home-brewing or Commercial brewery experience required
• 21 or older
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Adaptable and able to efficiently manage time and tasks
• A passion for and knowledge of craft beer
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compensation based on experience

This position is full-time. It is Sun-Thurs 8am-5:30pm. We would prefer only applications from applicants residing within a 35 mile radius from our brewery.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Fridays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
