Job Description

As a Project Coordinator in our sales and marketing department, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing action items within strict deadlines. This includes kicking off projects and  coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to complete all projects delegated by the management team. You will also oversee and assist in all facets of project coordinating progress such as: scheduling kickoff meetings, taking down action items, following up on action items, and making sure the project moves forward including any pivots or changes the project might face.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the VP, Marketing, and Sales team• Ensure a wide variety of projects and tasksare understood, followed up on and completed on time.
  • Communicate objectives, monitor progress & ensure proper priorities & deadlines are beingpursued• Work directly with the VP to help facilitate a diverse set of projects and objectives.
  • Aid and assist with any blockers and issues that need extra attention
  • Ensure projects are kept organized and the team is aware of each deadline agreed to• Conduct full scope for all marketing and sales projects that come from management team.
  • Create solutions thathelp scale different business activities and enable sustainable growth• Shadow the VP to ensure action items are pursued and executed• Report and escalate needs to management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company, but specifically marketing and sales team.
  • Assist in ensuring proper communication is being conducted between teams and otherstakeholders.
  • Perform administrative work as needed for our executive and sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven working experience in project organization in the sales and marketing sector is a plus.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (Coda, Salesforce, or Hubspot).
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
