Client Services Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Client Services Administrator to join our Merrimack County Savings Bank team based out of our Hooksett branch location. The successful applicant will have strong organization, sales and public relation skills. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development teams to provide administrative support and operational relationship management support to our customers. Opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with the potential to go fully remote.

Business Client Services Administrator: $24.00 - $30.00

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative support to the Business Development Department
• Promotes new and additional business for the bank
• Schedules appointments for the calling officers, retail customers and prospective customers
• Promotes a favorable image of the financial institution in all business activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
• Three to five years of retail banking or related experience
• Prior business titling and account opening experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written professional communication and presentation skills
• Solid sales and public relation skills with the ability to prioritize
