Job Description

CAD Drafter fully onsite out of Longwood, FL

Terms: 6 months contract to hire

Pay range is 30.00/HR -30.00/HR

Location: Longwood, FL

Main things: CAD Drafter with AutoCAD and Revit experience must have some sort of structural engineering knowledge. This work will be done on commercial buildings

Qualifications

5+ years working in a qualified Architectural firm with experience working with Commercial construction projects
Heavy focus on Structural Engineering
Must have Revit Experience
Experience in light commercial is preferred but not required.
Proficiency of all aspects of Construction Document development and oversight including both Architectural and Structural components.
Excellent communication skills is a must. Ability to respond to emails quickly, accurately and grammatically from clients. This is a fast-paced workplace.
Proficient in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
