Barback / Busser Responsibilities
? Cleaning and resetting of tables
? Run food orders as needed
? Clearing of dirty dishes
? Refilling of guests beverages
? Restocking the bar, refilling ice and overall assisting bartenders
? Moving tables / chairs as needed
? Coordinate with servers and host about available seating options
? Assist in setting up and serving at a variety of events
? Be guest oriented and a positive representative of the Cape Cod Cafe
Requirements:- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Education: Valid TiPS certification for the serving of alcohol
- Be the legal age to serve alcohol
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting liquor boxes and standing for long hours
- Strong knowledge of bar menu items
- Willing to work in night shifts and on weekends and holidays
- Friendly, responsible and punctual
