Table 301 Sales Manager Needed with a Focus on Weddings

Table 301 restaurants are great places to dine partly because they are great places to work. We work hard. We focus all our energies on delighting our guests and having fun doing it. Over the past 20+ years, we've built a company culture we're proud of and would love to add more people to our team who are as committed to hospitality as we are. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and support our sales team to ensure Table 301 catering reaches our sales goals. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

  • Highly professional and committed to the event industry
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Previous experience of running events
  • Previous experience in event sales and putting detailed proposals together
  • Good understanding of catering requirements
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends
  • Experience in Caterease catering software preferred
  • Excellent telephone and message-taking etiquette
  • Focused on delivering a high level of customer/client service
  • Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
