StretchLab is a national leader in the health and wellness industry. We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Sales Associate to focus on delighting our members and guests and driving sales and service excellence as we expand in the community.
POSITION: The Sales Associate will assist the Studio Manager with customer management and new membership and retail sales by bringing new clients to the studio, creating strong relationships and providing a positive customer experience. This position also assists with retaining customers by providing top-notch service to current members. Boutique fitness/wellness studio knowledge or experience is a bonus but not required. This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work weekdays, some weekends, evening and/or morning shifts. Schedule will be confirmed based on your availability and studio needs.
REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contact new leads via phone, text and email to conduct needs assessment and book initial appointments
  • Confidently and clearly present care plan details and pricing based on recommendation from Flexologist team members
  • Maintain expected level of personal sales production including memberships, session packs and retail
  • Participate in special community events (health fairs, local running events, etc.) to promote StretchLab and our services
  • Process accurate credit card transactions
  • Follow-up tasks with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate inventory of retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relevant training activities and team meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness of the studio
  • Other duties as assigned
