Responsible for leading team of Buff Care Specialists (Production and Guest Services) with responsibilities including key-holder, opening and closing duties and feedback to team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Buff Care Specialists (Production and Guest Services).
  • Serve as store key-holder responsible for store opening and closing duties.
  • Provide team performance evaluation and counseling.
  • Assist store managers with all daily store operations and store appearance as set forth in the Buff City Soap (BCS) Store Operation, Training and Reference Manual. Lead your team in these areas if a manager is not present in the store.
  • Assist with scheduling team members.
  • Engage in making all BCS products (including necessary packaging and labeling). Monitor production and inventory levels to ensure sufficient product for guest needs, special events and promotions. Collaborate with team members to create local line products unique to your store location.
  • Assist/lead monthly store inventory counts.
  • Maintain an immaculately clean and organized workplace.
  • Cheerfully greet all customers and welcome them to the store. Follow guidelines provided during training for guest service interaction. Ensure all team members are in adherence to guest service interaction guidelines. Answer guest questions and familiarize them with BCS products and their benefits.
  • Assist customers during the checkout process and encourage participation in the BCS Loyalty Program.
  • Network and market in your storesโ€™ general location to increase brand awareness and foot traffic into your store.
  • Always come to work presentable and in compliance with the store dress code. Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
  • Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment & Lye protocols.
