ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 after spending five years working for a State Farm agent in East Tennessee. That experience helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, leadership, and serving customers the right way.
I graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am married with a son. Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons, golfing, and staying active whenever I can. Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We participate in charitable programs throughout the year and sponsor a variety of local running events.
Our agency offers PTO, licensing reimbursement, a casual office environment, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe people perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally.
Our culture is growth-focused and leadership-driven.
I’m looking for someone with aspirations—someone who wants to lead, continue improving, and grow into bigger opportunities over time. If you’re motivated, driven, and looking for a place where you can develop both personally and professionally, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joshua Brandt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
