The Peached Tortilla is a Southern-Asian Fusion Inspired award winning food truck, full service catering company and brick and mortar restaurant. In 2010, we started to roam the streets of Austin in our food truck, serving Asian and Southern inspired tacos and sliders. Over the past six years, we have continued to grow our business, turning into a multi-truck operation, boutique full service catering company, and most recently, our brick and mortar restaurant. 

Our brand is colorful, playful and happy, and the flavors of our food know no limits; to get peached is to be completely flavor smitten! We're looking for someone who fully believes in our brand, is over the top in love with food, and wants nothing more than to ensure each guest leaves our catering event feeling overly "peached" with the delicious food and impeccable service.

The Peached Tortilla Catering & Events Division is now recruiting candidates to fill ALL positions for our Catering & Events Division. We are looking for the following team members:

Event Supervisors

Bartenders

Servers

Warehouse Coordinators-

Event Chefs, and 

Food Truck Driver/Cook. 

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. If you are looking to work in a fast paced environment with GREAT PEOPLE at FUN EVENTS in and around Austin, this could be THE JOB FOR YOU!!!!!


*Event Supervisors: Looking to fill a few spots for event supervisors. You will be responsible for running events from beginning to end. You will lead the FOH & BOH teams. The position requires strong leadership abilities, good organizational skills and the ability to problem solve. You must have a good understanding of event timelines & flow, have impeccable customer service skills, and possess exceptional knowledge of the highest standards of service. If hired for this position, the knowledge & experience you will gain in this role will be extremely valuable for anyone looking to break into a career in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or Event Planning in their future.


*Event Bartenders & Servers: Looking to fill several spots for core members of the Events Team. You will be responsible for set-up, service, and breakdown at events. The position requires excellent customer service skills, exceptional service knowledge, and general food knowledge. You must be dependable, work well with others, and possess a "can do" positive attitude. There is potential for in-house advancements/promotion for those who excel in this role. Bartenders: In addition to these responsibilities, skills, and attributes you will need to have knowledge of beer, wine, liquors, and mixed drinks. You will need to be experienced in bar set-up & break down, wine & beer service, and making cocktails.


*Event Chefs: Looking to fill a few spots for core members of our kitchen & onsite chef team. You will be responsible for preparing and packaging all food for your event at our kitchen, transporting the menu to your event and providing onsite preparation of the menu. You must have strong organizational, time management and food handling skills.


*Also hiring for Food Truck Driver/Cook & Warehouse Coordinators!!
