Job description

About Healthleap
HealthLeap builds AI that helps clinicians prioritize patients, surfaces the right data, and gets patients the care they need earlier, so they can leave the hospital sooner.
We integrate with hospital electronic health record systems, screen 100% of patients daily, and risk-rank them in real time. Clinicians at Cedars-Sinai and Penn Medicine start every morning with HealthLeap - with Houston Methodist, Emory, and Intermountain Health deploying now.
Real results: 39% more diagnoses. 4 days earlier detection. $11M/year ROI for our first site at Cedars Sinai. 7ร— revenue growth in 7 months.
We started with malnutrition. We're expanding to every major condition to ensure no patient falls through the cracks. Sequoia and First Round are backing us to build the platform that screens every patient for everything and drives tangible outcomes.
We're ~15 people. >$7M raised. SF-based, hybrid-friendly. Early enough to shape the product. Late enough to know it works. Results that are changing lives.
HealthLeap is hiring an Event Marketing Lead to create memorable executive meetings with target health systems. You will own the live marketing motion: conferences, dinners, executive forums, customer panels, speaker participation, and in-person programs. This is not a generic events role. It is a named-account event marketing role measured by meetings held, account coverage, and follow-up that moves opportunities forward.
What You Will Do
  • Live-event calendar: Build and run a focused live-event calendar across conferences, hosted dinners, executive forums, and regional gatherings, with each program tied to named-account meeting goals.
  • Logistics and execution: Own venue, travel, sponsorship deliverables, registration, room setup, run-of-show, speaker/customer coordination, materials readiness, and day-of execution.
  • Executive and customer coordination: Coordinate founders, advisors, customers, speakers, and internal leaders so the right people are in the right conversations.
  • Event follow-up: Own fast post-event follow-up, meeting recaps, account notes, next steps, and handoffs back to sales.
  • Event ROI and reporting: Track meetings held, account coverage, qualified opportunities sourced or influenced, follow-up completion, and event learnings.
  • Dormant-account reactivation through live access: Reopen high-value accounts when a new event, new relationship, customer proof, or executive forum creates a better path.
  • Event learnings: Share field insights with the ABM & Content Lead so proof, messaging, content, and follow-up assets keep improving.

What We Are Looking For
  • 2 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing & account-based marketing
  • Track record of running events against named accounts, not just registration goals
  • Strong logistics discipline and strong sales judgment
  • Comfort coordinating executive calendars and customer participation
  • Clear writing for follow-up, recaps, and sales-ready notes
  • AI fluency for research, prep, and draft creation

Nice To Have
  • Experience selling or marketing to health systems, health IT buyers, or complex business-to-business buying committees
  • Relationships in health system executive networks
  • Experience with customer relationship management campaign tracking
  • Background in clinical operations, quality improvement, or healthcare technology
