About You

As an Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at K-Flex USA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately using the company's ERP system, ensuring all details are entered correctly and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, including Regional Sales Managers and National Sales Managers, to support their efforts in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of K-Flex USA's product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively assist customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.
  • Utilize ERP system data to analyze customer trends, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse team for replenishment, and conducting regular audits.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in processes or products.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, M3 a plus!) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for the majority of the day and use of fingers for computing.
