Maintenance Service Technician

We have an immediate job opening and need to find a Field Service Engineering with Packaging and Filling Equipment Experience. If you are willing to travel regionally by car through the week and home weekends this opportunity could be for you. Great benefits, bonus, pension match and holidays.

• Must have automation knowledge and strong operational know-how on some of the following machines:
• ONE OF PALLETTIZERS / DEPALLETIZERS / FILLERS / CAPPERS/ MIXERS / ROBOTICS / BLOW or INJECTION MOLDING machinery and have experience working on them specifically for between 2–10 years;
• Preferred degree or post secondary education, certification and experience in maintenance, repair or service of filling and packaging machines, and experience as maintenance technician, maintenane mechanic, electrician or service technician traveling throughout the Continental US and Canada;
• Aptitude to learn what is necessary for operating in the field in your own and problem solving experience;
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as listed in the Job Description below;
• Must be self-motivated and able to deal with executive management and operators equally professionally;
• Calm, non-combative temperament;
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising efficiency and accuracy of work;
• Computer literate and good command of the English language: speak, read and write;
• Work very well under pressure;
• Be able to leave for a remote intervention at a moment’s notice and be able to stay until the job is completed at site;Strongly preferred:-
• Software and Applications: - TP-177 or MP-277 or THIN CLIENT, SIEMENS (WINCC PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE) - SIEMENS PROFIBUS / PROFINET

• - FANUC ROBOT (FANUC programming language)
• - PLC SIEMENS S7-300 or/and PC SIEMENS S7-MAC (AWL or LADDER Logic PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE)
