Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd and 3rd Shift!

 Second Shift (2 pm- 10 pm), Third Shift (10 pm- 6 am)

Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment in our production stamping environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
• Collaborate with production team members to address maintenance needs and minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting (Steel, Machine Shop, etc.)
• Preferably from a metals industry background, with exposure to punch presses, annealing ovens, die casting, and slitting
• Knowledge of safety and quality practices
• Journeyman level skills supported by the successful completion of a Journeyman Mechanical Training Program or Mechanical Training Apprenticeship program
• Proficiency with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment
