We are looking for a Reservation Agent to help our guestsbook their dream getaway! All employees receive perks of $50 rooms at any ofour properties, and discount rates at our spa, restaurant, and retail.
Averill Hospitality is seeking a ReservationsAgent to join our Reservations Team Full-Time and In-Person at $19- $21 Hourly DOE.
Averill Hospitality is a family-owned parent company toseveral properties, such as; The Lodge at Whitefish Lake Resort, Firebrandhotel, Whitefish Riverfront Hotel, and many more. Our customer experiencefocuses on authentic Montana hospitality that creates lasting memories.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
A Reservations Agent is responsible for fulfillingreservation requests and questions via phone and email and according toestablished protocols.
A key role for every Averill Hospitality Team Member is toserve as an ambassador of the company and its properties, positively engagingowners, guests, and the community at every opportunity.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be present and available for reservations calls, spending the shift managing requests for new reservations, modifications to existing reservations, and responding to general questions about the property and the area.
  • Secure new and modify existing reservations with high attention to detail and in accordance with established policies, following the Signature Service protocols for success.
  • Check emails, respond in a timely and appropriate manner, and file according to established processes.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
  • Complete the daily checklist and communicate any challenges and/or opportunities to the department leadership.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Desire to provide exceptional guest experiences, a passion for quality, and attention to detail. Responds promptly to guests needs and takes ownership of the overall guest experience.
  • Strong communication skills.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
  • Familiarity with Whitefish and local attractions is an asset

SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO:
This position requires regular, reliable, and punctualattendance. A Reservations Agent may be scheduled to work up to 8-hours a daybetween the hours of 7 am and 7 pm any day of the week, in accordance withbusiness needs. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Thisposition is in-person in our office at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake.
A Reservations Agent will typically be available during peakseasons.
