Job Description
Perfect Service is in need of an Inventory/Maintenance Clerk. This position will go fast so take advantage of the opportunity to join the best residential HVAC company in Central Alabama!
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a goal to become a long-term asset to the company.
Job Duties:
- Complete Inventory of every service truck in our fleet weekly
- Go through Purchase Orders and Invoices to account for truck stock changes
- Keep up with all maintenance records for fleet
- Communicate with department heads about missing material/Inventory
- Communicate with Comptroller about unresolved items
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Inventory Control
- Good Verbal Communication Skills Required
- Good Listening Skills Required
- Proficient with Microsoft office including excel & word
- Professionalism expected
- Quickbooks experience preferred
Pay based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Rate of Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 7am-Noon
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
