Our client, a mortgage and real estate services company, is looking for a recording clerk for their St Louis, MO location.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of recordable documents
  • Knowledge/experience with an electronic recording platform
  • Knowledge of state/county recording requirements/guidelines
  • Knowledge about how to prepare/complete state/county forms needed for recording
  • Well organized
  • Ability to multi-task and produce error free work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Title company and/or mortgage experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Minimum: high school graduate
  • Preferred:
  • College or trade school graduate
