We have an immediate need for a SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT performance driven professional to implement lean processes at our Peru, IN facility to help us achieve cost savings and improve productivity.

Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing, operational, and business processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
Minimum of four years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project management experience required.
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma Practices, and ISO-9001 and 17025 experience
Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work well with subordinates, co-workers, and management and gain trust at all levels.
Take initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendation for implementation.
