Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Property Manager

Property Details: The Meridian is a 49-unit multifamily tax credit development with Studio, 1- & 2 Bedroom Apartments, Restricted access entry, On-site Laundry Facility, and Community Patio Featuring Grills.

Essential Duties:

• Perform general punch requirements
• Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
• Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
• Must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service

• Position requires 1 year experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check
• EPA & HVAC Certification preferred
• On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
• Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
