Floor Technician / Groundskeeper: Great hours and benefits in a rewarding industry! Join our maintenance team as a Floor Technician / Groundskeeper where you work independently and wear many hats. Responsible for providing exterior property upkeep and maintenance to all KETCH facilities and residential properties. Also responsible for maintaining floor conditions to include carpet, tile, and epoxy flooring. Company provides tools, vehicle for use at work, and a clean working environment. M-F 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Consider using your work experience and skills to make a difference in our community. $22.00/hr. EOE Hiring immediately

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Stable work history and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• A minimum of one year of work experience in floorcare, custodial maintenance, and grounds maintenance
• Requires working knowledge of safe and proper use of custodial equipment, materials, and chemicals
• General maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of own body weight
• Good communication skills
• Good paperwork and documentation skills
• Beneficial work experience: Lawn care; mowing; mower repairs; groundskeeping; equipment maintenance; building repairs & maintenance; exterior property upkeep; facilities maintenance; building maintenance; snow removal; home repairs; home maintenance; maintenance technician; cleaning gutters; safety policies; window replacement; door repairs; window repairs.
