SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – Must have experience leading a small team and be dedicated full-time to the site location.  Due to the complex and/or specialized nature of the work, the Senior Project Manager must have considerable MRI experience that includes managing the work of these types of installations.  This Sr. PM will serve as a single point of contact between OMH (Office of Minority Health) and OGS (Office of General Services) for the Nathan Kline Institute and will almost take on a Program Manager role.  The Sr PM must be prepared to be very responsive to OMH with some guidance from OGS when needed.  
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 + years of previous Construction Management experience in an active Hospital and/or Healthcare setting.
• Must have prior (MRI) magnetic resonance imaging equipment experience.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Full working knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Must be able to commute to Orangeburg, NY (Rockland County) daily.

Projects include: 

• A new $7 Million MRI project:  Provide Imaging Bay  
• A new $500,000 Feeder project – Replace High Voltage Feeders   

PAY RATE: $55.00-$70.00/Hourly Salary ((Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
