2.COLD COLD COLD..Loading docks and surrounding areas are refrigerated under 40 degrees.
approx 50 hours week…
Loading Dock Manager to manage distribution of freshly made salads. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years in a supervisory position, experience working with distribution personnel, scheduling, inventory tracking and control. Good math skill and basic computer knowledge required.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise all activities of loading dock employees and support personnel engaged in loading and unloading trucks
Assign tasks to employees according to loading schedules.
Provide guidance to subordinates on goals and objectives on a weekly basis.
Coordinate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide training on relevant job duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years` experience in a supervisory position, preferably loading dock
Good math skills and basic computer knowledge
Must be a strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
