Customer Service Agent

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $17 - $18.5 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement

Qualifications:

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
