Customer Service Representative

Total Comfort Solutions is looking to expand our Customer Service Representative team!
CSRs will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset and aim to deliver high quality service in every customer interaction.
Compensation: $15 - $20/hour, Dependent on Experience; This position is eligible for Performance-Based Incentives
Schedule: Shifts will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible initial training on the weekend. CSRs could work anywhere from 10 hours a week to 40 hours a week depending on their availability and demand. We will work with you to find a schedule that works in YOUR life!

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls, emails, and web forms to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills - able to ask the right questions to determine the needed follow up for all inbound communications
- Highly proficient in navigating a virtual environment. Excellent typing skills.
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Able to learn new software quickly when provided with thorough training and reference documents. Familiarity with CRM system (Service Titan) a plus
