Position Overview: The Buyer Acquisition Specialist will be a key player in driving the success of our wholesale operations. This role involves identifying potential investors, analyzing and organizing property information for investors, and documenting transaction records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Proactively identify potential investor leads through outbound sales efforts, phone prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, real estate professionals, and other industry contacts. 
• Utilize a variety of channels to source new investor opportunities. Social media presence is required.
• Represent the company at networking events to expand the reach of our disposition efforts.

Deal Analysis and Valuation:

• Conduct thorough analyses of deal flow, identify selling points and potential issues of each property.
• Assist Disposition Team with prepping wholesale deals and organizing property information to display to our investors.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the dispositions team.

Qualifications:

• Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and property valuation.
• Active presence on Facebook and other social media platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Reliable transportation
