Bilingual Account Manager

Who YOU are

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Customer retention.

  • Lead supervisors, conduct weekly one on one meetings in office.

  • Conduct in person customer visits, resolve complaints, and reply to customer requests.

  • Coordinate start of new customers.

  • Lead, attend, and participate in team meetings at Keepers office.

  • Clear consistent communication with customers and team members.

  • Sales for new customers and existing customers.

  • In charge of a team of Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in Operations for Janitorial company with multiple job sites.

  • 2 years minimum experience leading large team.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. Will consistently use both.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

  • Attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business.

  • Being able to work under pressure.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Willing to work as a team but can also work alone when needed.

  • Being available after hours and weekends when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • On call

  • Weekend availability
