We're on the hunt for a meticulous Digital Finishing Operator on behalf of our esteemed client. If you're the type of person who doesn't let the smallest details slip by and takes pride in the quality of your work, then you're just who we're looking for!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Digital Finishing Operator, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring the seamless execution of finishing processes. Your role is crucial in setting up and operating the finishing press (ABG), including die-cutting, and managing embellishments like hot stamp, emboss, spot color, and multi-pass work. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will see you monitoring the output to uphold the highest standards. You'll be working closely with our tools and software, including job tracking software (Radius), and coordinating with various departments to achieve excellence in every task.

You're Probably a Match If You Have:

A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience.
Basic computer and math skills.
Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
The ability to read and use a ruler.
A physical capacity for twisting, bending, and standing for extended periods, along with lifting between 25lbs to 50lbs regularly.
A willingness to learn; previous experience in label or printing processes is a bonus but not a requirement.
