Finishing Operator

  • Pay Rate: $21/hr
  • Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM
  • Location: Broomfield, CO

How you'll spend your time as a Finishing Operator 1:

  • Complete required maintenance of bead blast machines
  • Transact work orders in Oracle
  • Exercise a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
  • Maintain quality control standards to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor supplies in the area
  • Assist in all aspects of final manufacturing
  • Adhere to safety protocols while handling and moving materials
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties
  • Collaborate with a small team, maintaining a respectful and efficient workflow
  • Remain stationary while standing up to 8 hours per shift

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Finishing Operator 1:

  • High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of job-related work experience
  • Basic print/schematic reading skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing programs
  • Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion
  • Ability to wear an N95 mask and PPE throughout the shift
  • Steel-toed boots required
  • Willingness to complete background and drug screen
