Shifts Available:

Early Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Late Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Flexibility Requirement: Candidates must be adaptable to varying shift schedules as needed.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections to ensure products meet our rigorous standards and industry regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify improvements and resolve issues.
Documentation: Accurately record production data, equipment performance, and other relevant information.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.
Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up and calibrating new equipment, ensuring it is ready for operation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
Proficiency in using various tools and equipment required for production.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information. (Bilingual English and Spanish)
