About being a Project Administrator with Psomas
As a Project Administrator, you will utilize your expertise to assist a fast-paced professional survey team with contract administration, project support, and general administrative duties.
Responsibility Highlights for Project Administrator with Psomas
- Assist with the development of proposals, contract documents and/or change orders; maintain proposal tracking logs
- Assist with the review and execution of contract documents
- Assist project team in completing project start-up documentation after reviewing contract for billing information and other client requirements
- Acquire insurance certificates and other documentation required by clients
- Prepare subcontracts as required, coordinate with subconsultants regarding contracting and invoicing
- Review, track, and code subconsultant invoices ensuring they meet contract requirements and are within budget
- Assist project managers with tracking of project budgets and project costs
- Assist with billing review, coordinate with accounting regarding any special invoicing requirements
- Assist project team with accounts receivable, including follow up with both internal managers and clients
- General administrative duties as needed including travel arrangements, licensing/certification renewals, expense tracking, document proofreading, obtaining encroachment permits, etc.
Minimum Qualifications for a Project Administrator
- 5+ years administrative experience in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Access, and PowerPoint), intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel
Preferred Qualifications for a Project Administrator
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry
