Job Description

Eager to hire a hands on Senior Accountant who will work closely with upper management to handling day to day accounting located in Bergen County, NJ. This is a newly created position. Manufacturing experience is a big plus!

Handle month-end closing responsibilities for all assigned entities and/or accounts on a timely basis
GAAP experience
Prepare and record journal entries
Perform detailed analytics to identify anomalies and discrepancies, and evaluate trends
Reconcile accounts and gather/create supporting documentation to validate account balances
Coordinate documentation support and correspondence for external audits
Must have advanced Excel skills - vlook ups, Macros, Pivot Tables
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - must have a degree in Accounting
