About the clients: 
Pro Hospitality Group (www.phgproperties.com) is a hotel focused real estate firm, providing hotel brokerage services and owns 10 hotels today and growing. We are also building a hotel brand, Elevations Hotel and Resorts, a lifestyle-driven, cannabis inclusive brand, empowering and educating explorers and adventurists craving new ways to enjoy life. Elevations Hotel and Resorts has a unique membership model, Elevations Nation (www.elevationsnation.com) offering events, experiences, culinary and wine/spirit offerings.

About the position:

The Controller will lead the development, enhancement and consistent application of accounting policies and procedures for PHG Properties and Elevations Nation.  The controller will work between the CFO, CPA, Elevations Nation staff, hotel operators and managers to deliver accurate and timely financial information and reports, financial projections and budgeting and cash flow forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, enhancing, monitoring and reporting on the accounting policies and procedures for the Companies.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial data in the accounting system and timely reporting on the financial health of the Companies monthly.
• Work with the Company’s CPA to comply with all tax and year-end reporting requirements.
• Keeping an up-to-date cash model forecast and reporting this information a regular basis to the Elevations Nation team.
• Developing and maintaining yearly budgets for the Companies.

Be prepared with the following qualifications:

• Have great written and verbal communication.
• Have a strong knowledge of accounting and GAAP.
• Good knowledge of excel.

    
Please have at least ten years of experience with controller, assistant-controller or like experience. Pay DOE.
