Planner - Production

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plant Production Planner. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of production operations across multiple plants. As a Plant Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, optimizing productivity, and reporting on production status to upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the production of the company's products across multiple plants.

- Create and maintain detailed production schedules, taking into account customer demands, production capacity, and inventory levels.

- Apply knowledge of sales trends and forecasts to inform production planning, ensuring alignment with market demands and sales targets.

- Monitor and report on production status, identifying and addressing any production issues as they arise.

- Collaborate with site managers to coordinate and plan production activities, ensuring seamless operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in production processes.

- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, tracking bird schedules, and farm production to anticipate and mitigate any potential disruptions.
