Print Production Associate

Core Competencies

·  Technical Skills: Strong understanding of or eagerness to learn toner-based production print techniques and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.

·  Software Proficiency: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Word is a requirement.

·  Communication: Exceptional customer service capabilities through both written and verbal communication.

·  Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions is essential.

·  Self-Management: Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks independently in a busy, multi-channel workflow.

·  Adaptability: Possesses a great attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and push through the learning curve towards mastery.

About the Role

As a Print Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our Creative Team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Your primary responsibilities will include:

·  Data Entry and File Management: Managing data entry, file formatting for prepress document correction.

·  Printing and Assembly: Handling the printing and assembly of business policy procedures.

·  Shipping Operations: Assisting with the packing and shipping of all outgoing materials and ensuring documentation accuracy.

·  Additional Responsibilities: During downtime, you may assist in editing, organizing standard production files, and producing marketing materials like business cards and brochures.
