Job Description
We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who have a service-minded attitude and are willing to work flexible hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays. We provide excellent benefits competitive wages and on-the-job training.
Compensation:$16.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests during their stay
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Process reservations, cancellations, and guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- US Work Authorization
