Facility Supervisor

Job Overview:

As a Facility Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operations and maintenance of our facilities. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for all occupants. The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating maintenance tasks, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall functionality of our facilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   
   
   • Supervise and lead a team of facility staff, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment.
     
   • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for facility personnel.
     
2. Maintenance Coordination:
   
   
   • Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
     
   • Coordinate reactive maintenance tasks promptly to address facility issues and minimize downtime.
     
   • Collaborate with external contractors for specialized services when required.
     
3. Safety and Compliance:
   
   
   • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
     
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
     
4. Budget Management:
   
   
   • Assist in the development and management of the facility budget.
     
   • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising safety or quality.
     
5. Space Planning and Utilization:
   
   
   • Optimize the utilization of space within the facilities to meet organizational needs efficiently.
     
   • Plan and execute office relocations or modifications as required.
     
     

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of [1] years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using Excel & facility management software and tools
