Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Help allocate resources for assigned projects
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with sub-contractors to receive reasonable costs
Assist project manager in maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is a plus
Familiarity with construction management software (procore, excel, word, adobe) is a plus
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
