Requirements:

2+ years of technical experience specifically inside Chick-fil-A restaurants
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving history
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills to promptly identify complex problems
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Excellent customer service skills for effective communication
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adhering to deadlines
Experience working inside a Chick-fil-A kitchen as a technician or employee
Willingness to learn both hot and cold side equipment

Responsibilities:
As a Chick-fil-A Commercial Kitchen Technician, you will:

Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical training
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment, focusing on Chick-fil-A appliances
Lift, carry, pull, and push equipment to test, set up, or maintain it
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
Ensure timely and professional installation of ordered parts, maintaining a neat and orderly service vehicle and accurate inventory
