POSITION DESCRIPTION

Point of Sales Assistant

Position Summary

• Responsible for the management and maintenance of all brand Point of Sale that include receiving, inventory maintenance, allocating and maintaining the Point of Sale storage area in an efficient and organized manner.
• Weekly transportation of printed material to Maryland warehouse. Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Sales Department with providing POS materials at their request.
• Provide updated inventories to all Sales Management personnel.
• Keep work area clean of all trash and unnecessary items
• Check locations for relocating availability
• Change compactor plastic and cardboard bales
• Lift and maneuver products
• Operate powered industrial machinery
• Cleanup of equipment and facility as needed
• Inspect incoming product for quality issues
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned

Experience / Education, Certifications

• Required: Forklift Certification a plus

1. High School Degree

• Preferred: Warehouse inventory experience

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
